MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive procedure that renews, regenerates and strengthens skin. It treats and minimizes fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, lax skin, enlarged pores and more. During this procedure, a small machine called a Microneedling pen with 12 tiny sterile needles is used to create controlled micro injuries in your skin called microchannels. These microchannels create a pathway for our serums to penetrate to the dermis (2nd layer of skin) stimulating your body's immune response to collagen/elastin production. Although the thought of small needles piercing your skin may be concerning, these minimally invasive non-surgical treatments are among the most in-demand anti-aging treatments on the market today and are only mildly uncomfortable. The advantages of these treatments far outweigh any of the possible mild disadvantages. Remember, more collagen means smoother, softer and younger looking skin.
Please note: We are more susceptible to sun damage the 2 weeks following each Microneedling treatment. Therefore I recommend starting treatment in the fall/winter for best results. Each Microneedling treatment should be performed 4-6 weeks apart for a minimum of 6 and up to 12 treatments in one calendar year for optimal results. In order to ensure a convenient day and time are available you are encouraged to book ahead.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, anything less will result in a full charge for services scheduled plus a $5.00 processing fee. No exceptions. Any form of payment (cash, check, card) will be accepted at the time of treatment but a current debit/credit card will be required to book and hold your appointment. The card on file will be charged in the event of a late cancellation.
